Nurse Technician (C.N.A) – Post Partum Unit
Shift: 7p - 7a, 3 nights a week(Rotating Weekends
Since 1973, Houston Northwest Medical center has been providing comprehensive healthcare to the North Houston communities. The hospital is known for its maternity and women’s services, including a Level II Neonatal ICU, and for its cardiac care as well as bariatric and diabetes programs. In addition to its hospital emergency room, Houston North West Medical Center operates two urgent care centers. Houston North West Medical Center is a 423 Licensed Bed Facility.
Houston Northwest Medical Center is currently accepting applications for Nurse Technician (C.N.A) – Post Partum Unit
To provide basic patient care, utilizing technical skills , under the direct supervision of a registered professional (RN). Basic patient care includes, but is not limited to, assistance with activities of daily living, vital signs, and obtaining intake and output.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: *
Texas Certified Nurse Assistant certification, highly required
BLS certified with the American Heart Association for the Healthcare Provider, required.
1 year experience in patient care setting, preferred.
