The Intermediate Care Unit Registered Nurse (RN) oversees and directs the care of the critically ill patients. The ICM RN is responsible for the care of stablized open-heart surgery patients, patients with multisystem organ failure, patients requiring kidney and pancreas transplants, and other patients meeting IMC admissions criteria. The RN will serve as the primary nurse leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care. Oversees and directs the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.','!*!EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required) (BSN preferred)
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Utah RN License in this state or RN Compact License (required)
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
ACLS (required)
EXPERIENCE:
One-year experience in acute care (preferred)','Intermediate Care Nurse, Full-Time Nights
